What the Dutch/French/English speaking: Senior Recruitment Consultant role entails:

  • Consistent candidate sourcing via Linked-In/Job-boards/Database/Referrals/Networking
  • Negotiating and selling on multiple levels to ensure the placement of your IT candidates
  • Business development with existing and new clients to grow your network and market
  • Participating in an intensive training program to be maximise your success in our sector
  • Mentoring entry level consultants and instructing them on recruitment best practise here
  • Assisting with implementing a recruitment strategy tailored to your territory and wider team
  • Working full time Monday-Friday in Amsterdam Zuid, nearby the WTC, 1 stop from Schiphol.

What we look for in a Dutch/French/English speaking: Senior Recruitment Consultant:

  • 12+ months proven Recruitment experience working on any perm or contract market previously
  • Highly motivated by professional career development, earning potential and luxury incentives
  • Goal oriented with a proven track record of success, willing to work towards KPI's and targets
  • Ambitious, motivated, positive personality happy to lead Recruitment best practise by example
  • Strong written and communication skills in either Dutch/French/English language (C1/C2 level)
